Felix Falk has been Managing Director of game since 1 February 2018. Prior to this he was already employed in the same function for the BIU, and in this role realised the merger with GAME. From 2009 to 2016, Felix Falk was Managing Director of the Entertainment Software Self-Regulation Body (USK). As Deputy Chairman of the International Age Rating Coalition (IARC), he helped develop, among other things, the global rating standard for online games and apps. From 2004 to 2009 he managed the office of Monika Griefahn, Chairwoman of the Committee for Culture and Media in the German parliament. In this function, Felix Falk was also responsible for the theme of computer games and accompanied, among other projects, the creation of the German Computer Games Prize, which was ratified in 2008 by the German parliament and awarded for the first time in 2009. He works part time as a saxophonist.
