DeepMind taught a computer how to play “Go”, which is probably the most complicated strategy game in the world. However, no one wanted to tackle digital multiplayer games like “Capture the Flag” – experienced opposing human teams were too superior. The research project recently presented by British specialists for artificial intelligence changed all that. It has taken machine learning to a whole new level thanks to computer game environments.
