Facing cyber grooming and gaming disorder with media competence skills

The government says that the protection of minors stops at the doorstep because from then on the parents or legal guardians are responsible. They are also at the centre of the discussion because media competence is decisive for dealing with online offerings in a healthy way and to recognise possible dangers early on. But who teaches this media competence, what programmes and initiatives are there, and which possibilities for concealing one’s identity have not yet been exhausted?
